• Avoid Batch/ Lot Number duplication
• Standardize SCADA communications across the plant
• Be ready to integrate with electronic Batch Process Record (eBPR) solution

Project Scope

• Create a centralized repository and web based monitoring for user access
• User Management & Audit Trial
• System Security requirements like Unauthorized access, etc.
• PLC measurements and prints should be automatic, non-editable, and reproducible

Solution Approach

• Real time data integration with 8 identified PLCs from shop floor machines
• Data Acquisition as per required Speed, Scaling, Tags, etc. for approx. 750 – 800 Parameters
• Fully configured 1000 points historian server as plant wide data repository
• Software configuration and implementation as per 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance i.e. Automatic, Secure, non-editable
