• Sludge dewatering by filter presses in three streams and two streams of incineration
• Automation of 10 waste water sites similar to existing automation system back-up
• Increase the processing capacity

• Create Project Documentation (SDS)
• PLC and SCADA Application Development
• Integrated Testing, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Onsite Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Onsite commissioning

Solution Approach

• Analysed existing site-back and reverse engineered the automation system
• Utilized knowledge of utility domain & end-client standards for faster project initiation
• Improved processing capacity by replacing automation systems for existing dewatering process, various ancillary plant and equipment
