Purpose
- DUO (Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs) required an expert for application packaging to support their- internal experience, knowledge and capacity development.
- Create an automated, transparent, online workflow and documentary based on SLA and pre-defined KPI’s.
- The selected partner needed to be a proven and rewarded government supplier both in projects and managed service situations.
Project Scope
- Implementation of online management portal.
- Intake & build of 200 applications in project modus.
- Intake & build of 40 applications in lifecycle modus.
- Volume- 135,000 application / contract of 1 year, to be extended two times six months.
