- Middleware application development for gluing bead detection on glass surface
- Real-time data capture from Keyence sensors and communication with Siemens PLC

Solution Approach
- Analyzed the glue beading process and data exchange mechanism at the job station
- Designed a solution to replicate the Keyence system and developed platform agnostics REST API
- The system can project real-time values based on pre-configured threshold limits
- Integration with Siemens PLC using open source library snap7 for communication
