ATS Global secures growth funding from Rabo Corporate Investments

Rabo Corporate Investments, the investment arm of Rabobank becomes a shareholder in ATS Global BV. The new investment supports digital transformation for organisations in the application of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies.

ATS Global provides consultancy, implementation and 24/7 support services to SME’s and global enterprises world-wide. Customers benefit from reduced costs, quality and productivity improvements of well managed complex systems as well as increased sales through optimized IT/OT processes. Primary verticals served include automotive, aerospace, metal casting, food & beverage, medical devices and life sciences. ATS Global offers its own ATS ADOS software and products from long term, strategic technology partners such as Siemens. With a “shop floor” mentality and absolute domain knowledge the ATS team offers services to a loyal customer base every day. Revenue has doubled every 5 years and exceeded $ 80m last year. The new funding from Rabo Corporate Investments will help ATS Global continue the strong growth with acquisitions and organic growth supported by robust market growth.
