YOUR JOB – What would be your everyday job?
Collaborating with ATSID Business Development Manager this role will responsible with our sales of siemens software product and ATS software itself. Achieved through the acquisition of new customers and the retention and development of existing accounts, providing both technical and commercial support with assistance from internal & external business partners

- Design and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed primary business KPI’s for new & existing accounts;
- Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to ATS‘s solutions especialy for Industrial Software;
- Research prospective organisations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to;
- Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for ATS’s solutions within their organization;
- Independently and collaboratively strategise solutions to solve deal-level challenges;
- Increase ATS’s sales volume and sales funnel;
- Collaborate with central sales & marketing functions to ensure consistent messaging to customers, in turn assisting internal stakeholders in gathering the voice of the customer information where relevant.
YOUR PROFILE – qualifications you will need
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in selling software to IT and operation management with a proven track record;
- Having good attitude, discipline, fast learner and trustworthy with strong integrity;
- Passionate in sales, meet new people and building relationship.Have good communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent in English both oral and written;
- Knowledge in industrial software;
- An exceptional communicator, and negotiator, demonstrating confidence, credibility and passion as well as excellent relationship building skills.
Nice to have:
- Exellent networking with IT and operation management;
- Has driving license A/C.
