This combination of features is unique to ATS CM4D as well as a wealth of other features comparing the virtual design to the actual physical product, the ability to produce easily understandable visual reports for operators and input CMM and PLM data from any source.ATS has also been hired to create an application, using Inductive Automation\u2019s Ignition product, capable of receiving the vehicle body spec broadcast from their Apriso MES system, converting the broadcast string data into a binary format which will then be used to communicate the body spec option codes to the offline work cell operators, PLC, and robots thus insuring the offline production is in sequence to the main line. In addition to the offline process management, VBS will provide the build queue and RFID management for the main line. Body Sequence Numbers (BSN) will be written to carrier mounted RF tags.
