U kunt een Siemens S7-1200 al niet meer programmeren in STL. Is Siemens helemaal gek geworden? Neemt Siemens afscheid van de STL\/AWL programmeertaal in de S7-1200\/S7-1500? Die suggestie wordt wel gewekt, maar Siemens blijft de taal ondersteunen in de S7-1500, waarmee migraties mogelijk blijvenSiemens neemt nog geen afscheid van STL, maar adviseert u wel om over te stappen naar bijvoorbeeld SCL. ATS stemt in met dit advies omdat de gekozen oplossing bijdraagt aan PLC applicaties van hoge kwaliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Een S7-1500 werkt anders dan een Siemens S7-300\/S7-400 want Siemens heeft nieuwe programmeer technieken mogelijk gemaakt in de Siemens S7-1500, zoals het Variant-datatype, MOVE instructie, PEEK- en POKE-instructie in SCL.
