De inkt wordt gebruikt voor het bedrukken van verpakkingen.Het verdelingsproces van de kleurpasta wordt bepaald aan de hand van het gewicht. Dit moest bestuurd en in beeld gebracht (gevisualiseerd) worden door ATS. De operator kiest een kleur uit, het systeem berekent de vereiste hoeveelheden van de verschillende mengpasta\u2019s en informeert de operator wanneer de vereiste hoeveelheid bereikt is.<br \/>\nZo worden het verlangde gewicht + mengratio voor de juiste kleurcombinatie bereikt. De oude machine, die volledig op perslucht liep, werd uitsluitend handmatig bediend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Er werd een semiautomatisch doseerconcept ontwikkeld, waardoor 90-95% van de gemengde pasta automatisch werd uitgegeven en slechts 5% door middel van fijn dosering.
