ATS implementeerde een kwaliteitsbesturingssysteem op de vulmachines. Deze vulmachine vult aluminium bakjes met nat voedsel waar een aluminium deksel op wordt vastgemaakt en verzegeld.<br \/>\nBij sommige verpakkingen verloopt het verzegelen soms niet perfect, waardoor een minuscuul lek kan ontstaan. Hierdoor kunnen er producten in de winkels terechtkomen die niet voldoen aan de vereiste specificaties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het zegel behoort door een Vision Systeem gecontroleerd te worden op beschadiging en\/of vervorming die lekken veroorzaken. De beschadiging kan zo klein zijn dat het niet gedetecteerd kan worden met een getraind menselijk oog.
