Met behulp van hogedruklucht wordt een holle ruimte gecre\u00eberd tussen twee platen waardoor een isolerende muur wordt gecre\u00eberd. &#8220;Pillowplates&#8221; worden o.a. gebruikt bij warmteuitwisselaars. De klant van dit bedrijf levert een Autocad tekening aan en hierop gebaseerd cre\u00ebert het ATS systeem een cirkelvormig patroon en genereert een CNC code. Dit wordt door de PLC gebruikt om te lassen in de correcte X, Y co\u00f6rdinaten.<br \/>\nHet lasbedrijf heeft drie van deze machines, die een PLC besturen met een Beckhof CNC module. De visualisering is gebaseerd op het Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA pakket.<\/p>\n<p>Ignition biedt een aantal voordelen; Ignition is een web-gebaseerd SCADA pakket met een ongelimiteerd aantal tags en clients. Het is gebaseerd op Java en is volledig op maat te maken door de Software Development Kit. Dit SDK voorbeeld wordt gebruikt voor AutoCAD toepassingen en de CNC code generator. ATS is een wereldwijd gecertificeerde Integrator voor inductieve automatisering.<br \/>\nAlle machines zijn identiek qua ontwerp. Door de server-gebaseerde architectuur, hoeft de SCADA applicatie maar een keer ontwikkeld te worden.
