De real-time data wordt opgeslagen op een SQL Server\/Database, met toegang tot een web browser.<\/p>\n<p>Iedere lijn wordt bestuurd door 11 GE-Fanuc 90\/30 PLC\u2019s die via Ethernet verbonden zijn met elkaar. Foutmeldingen moeten door Activplant snel, accuraat maar ook in de juiste volgorde worden gelogd. ATS schreef een Project Initiation Report waarin het hele project beschreven werd, inclusief de aanpak, de opbouw van het projectteam, de kosten en de risico\u2019s. Hierop gebaseerd werden eerst live tests uitgevoerd voordat met de projectimplementatie werd begonnen. Uiteindelijk kon met Activplant ook een hyperlink worden gecre\u00eberd naar de storing&amp;onderhoud manuals (vanuit de web browser stations).
