Met behulp van geavanceerde 3D modellen en simulatie mogelijkheden werd een concept solution ontworpen, dat eenvoudig te gebruiken was en dat een schatting gaf van kosten en baten.<\/p>\n<p>Hierop werd het werk gebaseerd \u2013 conveyor mechanieken, besturingskasten \/ elektrische bedradingen, PLC programmering etc. Het nieuwe systeem werd ingebouwd binnen het bestaande productiegebied met minimale onderbreking van de lopende productie (slechts 8 uur in totaal).<\/p>\n<p>Eindresultaat: een effici\u00ebnt systeem dat nog maar 2\/3e van het aantal werknemers aan de lijn nodig heeft .
