ATS gebruikte ATS CIMLine MES software (Manufacturing Execution System) en ontwikkelde een aantal CIMLine modules (human resource, onderhoud, management, energie-huishouding, material tracking). De data werden opgeslagen in de CIMLine SQL database (geen manuele data invoer).<\/p>\n<p>De Kaba Benzing terminals en de PLC\u2019s werden eveneens verbonden met de database en de tracking &amp; traceability is zo nauwkeuring dat de producent van elk willekeurig blik precies weet welke boer de partij kolen heeft afgeleverd en aan welke klant het geleverd is (er wordt dagelijks 30 ton kool verwerkt). In elk stadium van het proces zijn de operators ingelogd op een Kaba Benzing terminal door gebruik te maken van hun registratiesleutels.<\/p>\n<p>De partijen kool en de werkzaamheden van de operators worden nauwkeurig vastgelegd, zodat tijd en materiaalkosten per partij geregistreerd worden. Zelfs het energieverbruik werd vastgelegd.
