Bij een speciaal project voor INTERBUS connectiviteit met Allen-Bradley PLC\u2019s vroeg een grote autofabrikant en de leverancier van de besturingen aan ATS om een standaard softwareprotocol te schrijven voor de implementatie van PLC <b>backplane communicatiemodules<\/b>. Een andere zeer grote applicatie was voor lakstraten, waarbij gebruik werd gemaakt van InTouch SCADA-software met Mitsubishi en Siemens PLC\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Een autoproducent in Australi\u00eb koos ATS als hun trainer voor industri\u00eble besturingen<\/p>\n<p>De onafhankelijke, flexibele en professionele aanpak van ATS gaf voor hen de doorslag om te kiezen voor ATS Trainingen. Er werden op maat gemaakte trainingen ontwikkeld voor de engineers en de onderhoudsdiensten.<\/p>\n<p>In een nieuwe applicatie ontwikkelde ATS een <b>tracking &amp; tracing systeem voor airbags<\/b> met InTrack, InTouch en GE-Fanuc PLC\u2019s. De klant eiste \u201cfull error proofing\u201d en traceability. Wordt er een fout ontdekt dan is het nu mogelijk om tot 10 jaar na de productiedatum de herkomst van de airbag na te gaan en de status van de producerende machines tijdens de fabricage.<\/p>\n<p>Deze technologie kan voor vele industrie\u00ebn worden aangepast en system integrators, machinebouwers en eind- gebruikers worden dan ook uitgenodigd om contact op te nemen met ATS om hun traceability eisen te bespreken.<\/p>\n<p>Implementatie van volledige <b>product traceability voor drie productielocaties in de automobiel industrie in Nederland en Duitsland<\/b>. De product traceability omvatte zowel een unieke identificatie van individuele componenten als van complete assemblages. Behalve belangrijke proces- en veiligheidsnormen werd ook de automatische \u201clock-out\u201d van defecte artikelen in de productielijn en bestuurde \u201crework facilities\u201d gerealiseerd.<\/p>\n<p><b>Gebruikte technieken:<\/b> compleet fabrieksmodel en \u201cstation-to-station\u201d tracking met Wonderware InTrack. Directe transactie-interface tussen de machine besturingssystemen (gebaseerd op GE-Fanuc 90-30 en 90-70 PLC\u2019s) met InTrack en verbonden door Ethernet.
