Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel. This role is based in Rochester Hills, Michigan. You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and a web conference.

We’ll be looking for someone who’s comfortable in a busy sales environment and, ideally, someone who has sold solutions over the phone or experience in any of the following areas
- Discrete and Process manufacturing processes
- Manufacturing Quality Management
- Production Management
- Automation Systems
- Manufacturing Systems (Manufacturing Operations Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems)
We definitely want someone who’s a great communicator. Some sales experience is a plus. So is a willingness to identify and learn best practice in sales.
Plus we want someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at ATS is a team sport and we like it that way.
