 YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities?

  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed primary business KPI’s for new & existing accounts;
  • Responsible for ATS Indonesia’s personnel development from recruitment until retire/leave;
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to ATS‘s solutions especially for Industrial Automation;
  • Research prospective organisations to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to;
  • Increase ATS’s sales volume and sales funnel;
  • Collaborate with central sales & marketing functions to ensure consistent messaging to customers, in turn assisting internal stakeholders in gathering the voice of the customer information where relevant.

YOUR PROFILE – qualifications you will need

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management;
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with a proven track record;
  • Knowledge in industrial automation and digitalization areas;
  • Experiences in selling Siemens Product (PLC, HMI, Industrial PC, etc);
  • Having good attitude, discipline, fast learner and trustworthy with strong integrity;
  • Passionate in sales, meet new people and building relationship;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Familiar with Ms Office, Ms Teams, SharePoint;
  • Familiar with CRM/account management platform (salesforce, bitrix24, etc);
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English both verbal and written.

Nice to have:

  • Excellent networking with procurement, engineering, IT personnel;
  • Has driving license A/C.
