In this role you will be responsible for supporting ATS ADOS products at ATS customers´ facilities if needed. And you  will provide Level 1 support to current ATS customers on ATS ADOS products

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS?

  • You shall learn about different partner solutions such as MES and SCADA systems and acquire the ability to support applications that fulfil our customer’s requirements
  • Travel to customer sites to implement integration between ATS solutions and customer systems
  • Motivated to keep learning and developing knowledge
  • Work well alone an as part of a team

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Experience with manufacturing application development and technical communication skills
  • Experience in configuring, building and redistributing of third-party libraries for embedded and Microsoft Windows
  • Basic programming language C# / JAVA / SQL scripts / PLC and PLC Programming
  • English is Must
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Available on call / standby 24×7  support
