This international automotive supplier produces exterior lighting for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. They are currently expanding and have asked ATS to deliver full assembly lines for two types of automotive headlight.The company chose ATS thanks to the close working relationship that had built up as well as the excellent references from previous projects. They were also impressed with ATS’s existing knowledge of advanced Production Line Software based on LabVIEW, SQL databases, administrative applications and MS Reporting Services.

On the hardware side the production line will consist of Kuka and Mitsubishi
robot systems, Weber automatic screwdriver systems, camera systems and much more.

On the software side the production line will include:
