Dezember der Vertrag unterzeichnet wurde, alle Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten in Neustadt, Deutschland, einschlie\u00dflich aller dort besch\u00e4ftigten Mitarbeiter an ATS in Deutschland zu \u00fcbertragen. ATS GmbH geh\u00f6rt zu ATS International B.V., ein unabh\u00e4ngiger L\u00f6sungsanbieter in der industriellen Automatisierung und Informationstechnologie weltweit mit Hauptsitz in Haarlem, Niederlande.Wie von ICT mit der letzten Quartalsver\u00f6ffentlichung bekannt gegeben wurde, wurde entschieden die innerhalb der ITC Gruppe verlustbringenden Aktivit\u00e4ten in Neustadt nicht weiter fortzuf\u00fchren. Die Einstellung der Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten in Neustadt ist ein wichtiger Schritt in dem bereits angek\u00fcndigten Programm zur Kostenreduzierung und wird wesentlich zur Realisierung eines Break-Even Ergebnis in Deutschland beitragen.
