Die Wasser- und Abwasserbehandlung kombiniert simple Pumpstationen mit komplexer Abwasserbehandlung \u00fcber gro\u00dfe geografische Abst\u00e4nde hinweg.Die Industrie entwickelt sich st\u00e4ndig weiter und ATS Ingenieure schreiben regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Software f\u00fcr ferngesteuerte Einheiten, Kommunikation, SPS und SCADA Systeme. Neue Methoden und Systeme erm\u00f6glichen einen optimalen Umgang mit unserem Wasserhaushalt. Eine der Erfahrungen von ATS in der \u201cWasserwelt\u201d ist die Verwaltung eines Abwasserprojekts.<\/p>\n<p>Bei diesem Projekt wurden Siemens SPSen in Kombination mit einem Profibus FMS-Netzwerk und SCADA Applikationen mit FIX32 und FIXDynamics eingesetzt. Um den Prozess voll und ganz zu verstehen, arbeiteten ATS Ingenieure eng zusammen mit den Wasserverwaltungs-Experten des Kunden. Das Programmieren von Steuersystemen und das Profibus-DP Netzwerk waren wichtige Elemente in diesem Projekt. F\u00fcr Pumpen, Motoren, Mixer, und Test- und Messapparatur wurden sowohl SPSen als auch SCADA Standardsysteme entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der breiten Erfahrung von ATS mit Steuerapplikationen konnte das SPS-Programm f\u00fcr diesen Prozess gut strukturiert und eine deutliche und anwenderfreundliche SCADA-Applikation entwickelt werden. Die Datenakquisition umfasste aktive Stunden, Muster, Maximum-, Minimum- und Durchschnitt-akkumulationen, Meldungen f\u00fcr Drucker und Log-Files usw.
