Programmspezifikationen, \u00c4nderungsprozesse und Genehmigungen m\u00fcssen \u00fcbereinstimmen mit den FDA und GAP Standards.ATS Ingenieure haben Erfahrung in diesen Umgebungen und eine Anzahl Projekte wurde mit SPS und SCADA Systemen abgeschlossen.Der Produzent einer Filterinstallation f\u00fcr eine pharmazeutische Industrie fragte ATS um Unterst\u00fctzung. F\u00fcr den betreffenden Filter mussten Prozessdaten konstant verf\u00fcgbar gemacht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Siemens S7 400 SPS wurde eingesetzt, um das System zu steuern und Wonderware InTouch wurde f\u00fcr SCADA gebraucht. Wonderware InSQL Server und Active Factory musste f\u00fcr die Visualisation, das Analysieren und das Reporting von historischen Daten in Echtzeit implementiert werden. ATS implementierte den InSQL Server und Active Factory und k\u00fcmmerte sich um die Kommunikation zwischen dem SPS und den Wonderware Applikationen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Active Factory kann mit Hilfe einer simplen SQL Abfrage auf online und historische Daten zugegriffen werden. Dies ist von einem beliebigen Arbeitsplatz aus m\u00f6glich, der mit dem Netzwerk und somit auch mit dem InSQL Server verbunden ist.
