ATS Global is seeking a (remote) Inside Sales Executive for the EMEA Market

The candidate will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager and be part of the Global Commercial Team. Our HQ is based in Haarlem, The Netherlands. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for a specific part of the market on our strategic portfolio within Manufacturing IT.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be a 1st point of contact of ATS, follow up on campaigns by using different ways to engage our customers
  • Having telephone and virtual (teams) meetings, liaise with prospective clients to collect and complete necessary information
  • Owning the delivery of the qualified lead to the BDM’s and stay involved until we close the deal
  • Manage and optimize the pipeline
  • Engage and work closely with cross-functional teams, SME, product specialist, BDM’s etc.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions to match with the business environment and needs of our potential customers

You are:

  • A true sales person who is interested in engaging with customers and finding out where we can add value and who to talk to
  • A relationship builder
  • Native English or Dutch or German speaker who also has a good command of English
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
  • You are detail oriented and are well organized
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Planning, organising, thinking ahead and managing your own time
  • Flexible mindset and a quick learner
  • You have experience or interest in industrial digitalization
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Positive attitude and have a skill to influence external stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications, Sharepoint are considered a plus
  • Experienced in sales process and CRM usage
