Vliv tohoto syst\u00e9mu na komunikaci je fenomen\u00e1ln\u00ed.&#8220;<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Srdcem syst\u00e9mu je vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1znam pro ka\u017ed\u00fd zpracovan\u00fd kabel. Kabely jsou odstran\u011bny z vozidla, zabaleny, ozna\u010deny specifick\u00fdm identifika\u010dn\u00edm \u010d\u00edslem pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 vozidlo a pot\u00e9 odesl\u00e1ny na opravu do DRS. \u010clen t\u00fdmu v DRS vytiskne sadu etiket na z\u00e1klad\u011b identifika\u010dn\u00edho \u010d\u00edsla vozidla. Pot\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 proces \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed svazk\u016f a p\u0159i\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch \u0161t\u00edtk\u016f. Z kabel\u016f se naskenuje \u010d\u00edslo vozidla a kabelu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zalo\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1znam pro vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00edskan\u00e1 data jsou odes\u00edl\u00e1na na server tov\u00e1rny DRS Laurel Technologies. D\u00e1le se skenuje p\u0159\u00edjemka a informace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a expedice. Nevyu\u017eit\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky jsou sn\u00edm\u00e1ny a zaznamen\u00e1ny jako nep\u0159ijat\u00e9. P\u0159ed expedic\u00ed je vyhotoven z\u00e1znam v\u0161ech kabel\u016f pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 vozidlo.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cJestli\u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 partner \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee do DRS dodal 98 kabel\u016f, ale my expedujeme pouze 95, jsme pln\u011b zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed za chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed kabely. Jakmile je kontrola dokon\u010dena a vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1znam je ozna\u010dkov\u00e1n, pracovn\u00edk kontroly um\u00eds\u0165uje kabel do p\u0159epravky na dopravn\u00edk. Kabely nevy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed opravy jsou dopraveny na pracovi\u0161t\u011b elektrotest\u016f. Kabely k oprav\u011b \u010di likvidaci jsou sm\u011brov\u00e1ny na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 stanovi\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Skenov\u00e1n\u00edm ka\u017ed\u00e9ho kabelu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k potvrzen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu. Rovn\u011b\u017e varuje pracovn\u00edka kontroly v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je p\u0159ijat kus mimo pl\u00e1n. Pracovn\u00edk provede po\u017eadovan\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy a ozna\u010d\u00ed spln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavku. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 zna\u010dka ozna\u010duje opravu dokon\u010denou na tomto pracovi\u0161ti. Pracovn\u00edci mohou porovnat obrazov\u00fd z\u00e1znam s kabelem ve sv\u00fdch ruk\u00e1ch a v\u011bd\u00ed jak s n\u00edm nalo\u017eit. Jakmile je oprava hotova, ozna\u010d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 m\u00edsto v z\u00e1znamu jako \u2018opraven\u00e9\u2019. D\u00edky tomu m\u00e1me p\u0159ehled, kdo opravu provedl a kdy tak u\u010dinil. Jestli\u017ee je kabel vyhodnocen jako z\u00e1vadn\u00fd, je bu\u010fto zlikvidov\u00e1n, nebo odesl\u00e1n na dodate\u010dnou opravu, kter\u00e1 je znovu zazna\u010dena v obrazov\u00e9m z\u00e1znamu. Je to velmi n\u00e1zorn\u00e9 a velmi jednoduch\u00e9. DRS je povinno prov\u00e9st opravy a potvrdit, \u017ee kabely odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed nov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobk\u016fm, a to i z hlediska \u010d\u00edsla revize.
