ATS company – the Independent Solution Provider for Industrial & Process Automation, IT and Quality worldwide, is looking for a colleague to be a part of international accounting team located in Nový Jičín.

Responsibilities:

  • Define new finance projects (to automate and reduce workloads, set automatic checks)
  • Managing existing finance projects (setting priorities, define requirements from finance perspective, lead/participate in meetings to implement the requirements, introduce the new procedure to the finance team)
  • New finance/business systems research, testing and implementation (system upgrades…)
  • Team management (definition of growing finance organization structure; leading and participating in important finance meetings, taking notes and following up on required actions)
  • Communication (within finance team – meetings, trainings, internal web; throughout the organization)

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in finance/accounting/IT
  • At least 5 years of an accounting experience (production company is an advantage)
  • Multilanguage communication skills – advanced English (daily communication), second language an asset
  • Hands-on experience with complex ERP system and affinity with IT
  • Good business knowledge
  • Project managing experience is an advantage
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel abroad
