Enterprise Gateway

Integration Plant Floor with Business Systems

The Enterprise Gateway was developed to add functionality to Activplant. As a certified Business Partner for Activplant, ATS integrates the Enterprise Gateway as a tailored solution to suit customer specific requirements.

The Enterprise Gateway adds additional functionality to existing Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) applications such as Activplant. Enterprise Gateway is designed to integrate manufacturing systems that gather production data with financial, resource planning and scheduling business systems.

Enterprise Gateway uses MicroSoft .NET for manufacturing technology to connect plant MI systems to SAP, MAXIMO Asset Management, CMMS ERP and QAD ERP and supply chain systems. Reference mapping is applied to enable automated and intelligent data exchange to and from above systems, trigger business processes and exchange bidirectional data.
