Activplant is a privately held company based in Ontario, Canada. Activplant Corporation uses certified 3rd party implementer partners to assist customers in deploying Activplant. Certified Business Partners have a staff of fully trained and certified personnel, have documented ROI on at least 7 successful implementations, and have a consistent implementation approach and methodology for Activplant deployments. ATS is Activplant Certified Business Partner for Europe and Australasia.

Activplant is a Web-deployed Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) solution. Activplant is designed to report and analyse KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) such as scrap, machine utilization, line performance, quality and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Activplant offers on-line access from any geographical location, collects data from almost any source, and uses widely adopted Microsoft technology.

Activplant uses OPC technology to collect data from your factory floor and integrates it with business logic. Data is transferred to an SQL server using an MSMQ (Microsoft Message Queuing) client, ensuring that no data is lost when communication to the SQL server fails. A Windows 2000 server feeds the data to the Activplant software. Reports are user-defined and offer unlimited configuration options.
