ATS Software-Ontwikkeling heeft 'centres of excellence' in Australië, Europa en de USA om deze service te kunnen leveren.RAD services leiden vaak tot de ontwikkeling van opnieuw te gebruiken codes en applicaties die op te waarderen, te onderhouden en te configureren zijn. De expertise van ATS op het gebied van ontwikkeling geldt ook voor embedded software applicaties en voor programmeertalen op hoog niveau.
