April/May 2006: ATS introduces OEE IMPACT Software in the Netherlands, Belgium, the USA, Australia & New Zealand

Gemba Solutions Ltd (UK) has appointed ATS Applied Tech Systems as their local reseller in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Belgium, for their products *OEE IMPACT, *OEE IMPACT Connect and the soon to be launched LEAN IMPACT. These software products are developed for Manufacturing Efficiency and allow plants to start at any level and expand the system in a controlled manner to a plant wide LEAN Manufacturing tool.

Customers can start at any level, and information about machine performance can be entered manually (OEE IMPACT Manual Entry), or a solution can be chosen with real-time connection to the machines (OEE IMPACT Connect). Even a combination of both solutions is an option. The system can be expanded step by step to a full Lean Manufacturing tool.

Gemba Solutions searched for an effective partner and chose ATS for her deep understanding of and experience with OEE, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and MI (Manufacturing Intelligence). Geoff Tripp, Sales Manager of Gemba Solutions said: "We see ATS as an excellent knowledge partner to sell and integrate our OEE and Lean Impact Solutions.
