OEE IMPACT Software is fully scalable, both in size and capacity, and users can start with a quick to implement and easy to use OEE IMPACT (Manual Entry) Solution which can be seamlessly upgraded to OEE IMPACT Connect product, a real-time automated data collection system. With Both products providing over 300 standard reports that are also click and shot customisable OEE IMPACT provides all the tools to drive focused lean manufacturing program.

In case of OEE IMPACT, data is simply manually entered and reported into the software saving time and costs on implementation as no machine communication interface is required. For a fully automated data collection system users can upgrade their OEE IMPACT ME to OEE IMPACT Connect, which provides a solution for fully automated data collection. A wide range of connection methods is available to equipment including a specially designed data collection unit. Additional interfaces are available to SCADA, ERP, MRP and other system. With OPC or XML communication interfaces, OEE IMPACT Connect provides a total automated real-time solution. Add to this an easy to use fully customisable graphical user interface vital production data can easily be displayed in real-time from the shop floor to the boardroom. Data storage is implemented using Microsoft MSDE Database for small applications. For larger applications, a MS SQL server is required. MSMQ technology is applied to prevent loss of data in case of network breaks.
