Mike James to speak at 'Automation in Pharmaceutical Industry Conference' on behalf of MESA International
The pharmaceutical and life science community in Belgium and the Netherlands will gather for biannual event. The conference programme will highlight technology and business trends in R&D, pilots, upscaled production and distribution, including speakers from ING, Merck, Crucell, Wageningen UR, MESA International, Genth University, Synthon and Prosensa.
Following themes will be discussed:
- Streamlining production and packiging processes in pharma, using (new) hard and software solutions
- Growing importance of analysis & measuring points in pharmaceutical production process and R&D
- From R&D to (upscaled) production via piloting: how do we integrate these phases? FDA requires quality assurance during the production process using surrogates from the R&D phase
- Automation challenges in production, validation & compliancy
